Exceptional
The views, room and amenities were exceptional. Club lounge was very comfortable, staff was very nice and polite. Overall, amazing hotel. Underneath the hotel there are restaurants and shops which is very convinient. A bit distant from centres like Ginza and Shibuya but the views from the hotel are worth it.
Breakfast has many options but it is like a chaos with replacing some of the items take time.

Nice hotel, stunning design but it has its flaws.
Excellent location, go check out the restaurants and bars nearby. The overall design of the hotel is top notch! It is everything you can expect from a high standard city hotel.
Breakfast is not so fantastic, quite limited. Better to just have a room without the breakfast and go to the coffee shop at the entrance. I think the control system for the curtains and lights is terrible, needlessly complicated. Very limited amount of water bottles offered in the room, that should not be when you pay so much money for a room.. a welcoming little snack in the room on arrival is also absent and should be standard if you ask me.
